This pillow has dramatically improved my sleep quality. The Shambho conforms perfectly under my neck and head, whether I'm on my side or on my back. The wool layer is very soft, but not squishy, and the buckwheat hulls provide firm, contoured support. I've been using this pillow for about three nights, and I already notice a significant improvement in my neck and shoulders, and even in my sinuses. I sleep through the night without having to adjust the pillow. This pillow is significantly more comfortable and supportive than the down and memory foam pillows I've tried. It also seems to provide better ventilation and heat dissipation than pillows with synthetic fill.

This pillow is incredible, unlike any other I have ever tried. I love how it can be molded to provide the support just where I want it. I also like to sleep with it as a body pillow, holding onto it to provide a nice pressure on my tummy or back while sleeping on my side. Sometimes I like it on my stomach while reading in back -- I just prop the book up on the pillow and enjoy the extra pressure it provides. Very versatile and worth every penny.

Howdy....the pillow is ok enough but, for the price it should include a pillow case being that it's too small for a normal pillow case to fit. I do like that it has a zippered cover so. you can easily remove some of the buckwheat hulls to suit your comfort.
They do give the pillow measurements in the listing but the main listing photo is of 2 pillows pushed together which isn't disclosed though it may be apparent to some it's not so to all until you receive the pillow.
I wouldn't recommend the pillow for the price. Perhaps $35 or $40 would be ok but it should include a pillow case IMHO.
