Very Comfortable, June 14, 2011 By This review is from: The Total Body Support Pillow. My sleep doctor had first suggested I try the SONA FDA-Cleared Anti-Snore and Mild Sleep Apnea Pillow to help with my apnea. That pillow was useless for my apnea, but furthermore it was quite painful on my arm when used according to its instructions.
After I had a sleep study done it was found that I had minimal apnea when I slept on my side. So after that SONA pillow failure, my sleep doctor suggested this one. This pillow is the perfect shape for side sleeping, with proper head, neck, and body support. It didn't do anything for my apnea, but it is a very good sleeping pillow. Cons: It's large, as you can tell from the product picture, and it also seems to mess up my hair worse than any other pillow I've had. But overall, it's a great, comfortable pillow.
