Outstanding product and customer service, March 12, 2009 By B.Lee (On the Beach, Ca) - See all my reviews This review is from: Travel Pillow with 700 Fill Power Goose Down (Kitchen) I ordered this pillow and could not find either a cover or case sold through Amazon. Without contacting the seller, he took his own initiative via email stating, "We offer a case and cover which he could place in my Fed-X packaged to save me additional shipping charges, if I contacted him by 4pm." In total, I've ordered 30 items in the past 2 days for my trip to Paris. His quality pillow, well constructed zip-cover and beautiful soft cotton case was the first package to arrive today in under 48 hours even though I paid for 3-day express shipping. Truly an outstanding product line with intelligent customer service!

The down is incredibly bouyant and soft. You can smash it down and it still fluffs back into shape. I love this pillow so much I now use it in combination with my regular pillow on a daily basis. It acts as a great neck support pillow and is not too firm. And the quality and the customer service at All About Down is top-notch.
