Pros:
1. It has eliminated my constant trips to the chiropractor for neck adjustments.
2. I like that I can adjust the size and firmness for neck support.
3. It is the best support pillow I have tried to date, and I have tried many.
Cons:
1. The outer cores break down after use (as most foam does). I hate how I have to buy a whole new pillow and all four foam cores each time the core breaks down, when all I really need is the one core replaced.
2. Oh, does it make me sweat! I semi solve this problem by covering the pillow with multiple cotton pillow cases. I have even tried covering it with cotton batting (it didn't work.)
A pillow core typically lasts me about eight months (give or take a few).
Conclusion: I keep looking for another pillow to try, but always come back to this one.
