This is a great pillow. Dense, heavy, won't easily squash down under your weight, but not hard as a rock either. I bought this pillow to keep me on my side, perhaps even stop some of the snoring. While my wife jokingly "resents" that I cuddle with the pillow all night instead of her (she rolls around all night), it has allowed for better, and quieter, sleep for us both. Highly recommended (especially for men).

I have had back and knee problems and I have been using a body pillow to help reduce pain when I'm sleeping. This body pillow is the perfect length and has good firmness, that helps keep my spine alined and reduces morning pain.
